Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a part-time Retail Associate for our Delta, BC location. You will assist customers with product questions, provide tailored recommendations, and operate the checkout and loyalty systems. Your role includes maintaining store standards and assisting with inventory flow.

Experience with inventory and POS software is preferred, and applicants must be 16 or older. A flexible retail schedule may apply, with benefits such as employee discounts and EAP.

Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 years or less of experience in a position or specialization.
• Experience operating Inventory and POS systems, and various other retail software tools.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and helping customers with product selections.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Perform all required cash register transactions accurately (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty).
• Contribute to store profitability by handling product flow and stock replenishment.
