• 50 Akerley Blvd. #112, Dartmouth.

We are currently hiring a Part-Time retail sales associate for our locations in Halifax and Dartmouth. We offer a competitive salary, opportunities for growth in the expanding pet health industry, and internal advancement as we grow. We seek outstanding talent to join our retail team!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer service, including educating customers on natural feeding principles (training provided). Assisting customers in choosing the best options for their pets.
• Processing purchases, payments, and returns.
• Maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.
• Representing Totally Raw Pet Food’s brand, vision, and standards of quality products and service.
• Availability on occasional weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Having reliable transportation.
• Ability to work between our two locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience required.
• Team player with problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer questions and concerns.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Basic computer skills, e.g., POS systems.
• Experience in the pet industry is an asset.
