As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. The skills gained in this role can lead to a rewarding career in Retail and further growth with Aritzia.

THE ROLES

• Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
• Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
• Curate merchandise and support a seamless retail environment

Additional roles include:

• Style Advisor: Sell clothes, create meaningful moments, and build client loyalty
• Service Advisor: Welcome clients, assist with transactions, and support Service Counter operations
• Inventory Associate: Manage shipments and product placement
• Merchandiser: Process shipments, display products, and support cross-channel shopping experiences

THE COMPENSATION
