We have an exciting opportunity for someone to manage the day-to-day activities of our credit union’s retail credit underwriting services, along with other administrative duties. What You’ll Do
Under the guidance of department leadership, the Retail Credit Underwriting Officer will provide timely and accurate information and exemplary retail credit underwriting services to internal teams and members. This role is responsible for the daily operations of the credit union’s retail credit underwriting services and other administrative tasks as needed.
What Does the Ideal Candidate Bring?
The ideal candidate has completed a University Degree in Business or a related field. Additionally, they will have four to five years of retail underwriting experience. Previous experience at a credit union is an asset. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with other credit union functions, and a self-motivated approach. Excellent administrative, time management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills are essential.
This is a Full-Time Term role for approximately 12 months, with the potential for extension or permanence.
