This role emphasizes coaching, visual presentation, HR responsibilities, and administration, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear.

Responsibilities

• Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining standards.
• Motivate the team to excel and maintain company standards.
• Train team on sales techniques and product features.
• Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find products.
• Coordinate store activities with the management team.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and smooth store operations.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals; share information to reach joint goals.
• Mobilize the team to create a positive work environment and embody brand culture.
• Recruit, train and develop employees; manage absences and lateness.
• Create attractive store presentation based on planograms; monitor competition.
• Plan incoming orders, maintain displays and cleanliness.
• Analyze sales and traffic reports; open and close store; follow head office policies.
