Responsibilities

• Support the assistant manager and manager to achieve sales goals and maintain standards.
• Lead, train and engage team across Sales, HR, Marketing/Visual, and Administration.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and effective store operations.
• Analyze performance, manage scheduling and assist with store planning.
• Open and close the store; adhere to head office policies; take on additional duties.
