Responsibilities

• Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining standards, and motivating the team.
• Train team members on strong customer support and sales techniques; explain product features.
• Provide customers with a warm welcome; help them find products and explain features.
• Coordinate store activities and tasks with the management team.
• Keep the store running smoothly and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Achieve personal sales goals with provided training; share information to reach joint goals.
• Mobilize the team and foster a positive environment in line with brand culture.
• Recruit, prepare and train new employees; manage absences and lateness.
• Create an attractive store presentation based on planograms and manage displays.
• Analyze sales and traffic data; open/close the store and follow head office policies.
