Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a permanent, full-time store manager to lead a diverse team in selling lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear. You will motivate staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold brand standards while driving sales and store presentation.

You will foster a positive, collaborative work environment, handle scheduling, and liaise with head office on policies. Expect holiday and peak-season hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the management team, you will support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining our company standards and motivating your team to excel.
• Train your team members to provide strong customer support and teach them best sales techniques.
• Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find products and explain features.
• Coordinate store activities with the management team and keep the store running smoothly.
• Share information with your team to achieve joint sales goals.
• Mobilize your team and create a positive work environment that fosters excellence and belonging.
• Lead by example and manage attendance.
• Create an attractive store layout and ensure visual displays meet planograms.
• Analyze sales and traffic reports and communicate results.
