Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail management experience with accountability for sales and service targets.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term partnerships, including with business customers.
• Drive sales through leadership, recognizing performance and setting action plans using reports.
• Attract, train, develop, and engage associates with regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Asset Protection, privacy, policies, and brand standards.
• Maintain daily team communication and ensure consistent use of sales and customer engagement tools.
