The Assistant Manager, Inventory & Purchasing is responsible for overseeing retail inventory management, loss prevention systems, and vendor relationships across all retail outlets at Grouse Mountain. With a strong focus on analytics, process improvement, and stock control, this role supports profitability, loss prevention, and operational efficiency across the retail department. While inventory management is the primary responsibility for this role, excellent customer service and staff leadership are also essential elements.
Works closely with the Retail Manager, and Assistant Manager, Store Operations, to achieve departmental KPIs and create memorable guest experiences.
Direct supervision of Retail Supervisors, Key Holders, and Retail Associates.
Hours of Operation are weather dependent. Due to the nature of the business, this position requires flexibility in terms of your work schedule. A variety of work schedules may include a variety of start times, including shifts on weekends and statutory holidays. Shifts require standing for long periods of time, lifting, twisting, and other forms of manual tasks. Majority of the work is indoor work with the occasional need to be outside in the elements.
$50,000 to $60,000 annually
