Showcase - Home of the Hottest Trends in Ottawa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager. You will lead a team, drive top-line sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.

As a natural leader, you will recruit and develop talent, coach performance, and ensure store operations align with brand standards. The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays; you'll thrive in a fast-paced, retail-tainment environment.
