Job summary

Showcase, Home of the Hottest Trends, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy retail team, drive growth, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will recruit, coach and inspire staff while achieving sales targets in a busy mall setting.

Reporting to the District Manager, you’ll supervise store operations, partner on marketing initiatives, and demonstrate product knowledge with flair to engage shoppers and maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in specialty retail, preferably mall-based.
• Excellent communicator comfortable in front of an audience.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and storefront marketing.
• Proven coaching ability to inspire top performers.
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
• Looking for marketing opportunities and participating in Company/Mall initiatives
• High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
• Ensure your Team meets sales goals and key metrics
• Executing company standards in all store operations

What You’ll Need To Be Successful…

• A minimum of 5 years experience with a successful track record in specialty retail, preferably mall-based retail
• An excellent communicator who is not afraid to be in front of an audience
• In tune with various social media platforms
• An effective coach who has the ability to inspire top performers
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Demonstration experience an asset
