Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate.
• At least 5 years in a senior property management leadership role.
• Strong financial, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for operational, financial, and strategic performance of retail properties.
• Lead a multidisciplinary property management team and drive client service.
• Oversee budgets, revenue, expenses, and reporting to enhance asset value.
• Coordinate with Asset Managers, Owner Representatives, Leasing, and others.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and life safety standards.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and ESG improvements.
