Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration Canada in Winnipeg is seeking a Repair and Restoration Coordinator to oversee daily operations, manage staffing, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll supervise crews, support Project Managers on large-scale restoration and emergencies, and coordinate safety, training, and equipment. A high school diploma and 2+ years of leadership are required; post-secondary in business or construction is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Establish procedures to improve efficiency and safety compliance.
• Maintain production schedules, crew assignments, and staffing levels.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, vacation approvals, and attendance tracking.
• Monitor project outcomes, budgets, and quality.
• Oversee equipment, fleet, and tool management and maintenance.
• Conduct job site visits to ensure safety and quality.
• Support Project Managers on large restoration projects and emergencies.
• Coordinate staff, equipment, and safety during after-hours and on-call times.
• Organize staff training and orientation per Health & Safety requirements.
• Ensure hazard-free sites with PPE and site inspections.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, adjusters, and stakeholders.
