Job description

We are currently looking for Project Managers to join our rapidly growing teams of Restoration and After Disaster Professionals.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to fire/flood restorations, insurance claims, and renovation projects.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Organizing, leading, and controlling all aspects of emergency/restoration and renovation projects, including scoping, sketching, estimating, forecasting budgets, resource coordination, and communication with insured clients and adjusters.
  • Providing timely estimates.
  • Preparing accurate work quotations while ensuring target profit margins are achieved.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Forecasting logistics.
  • Reviewing project progress and work quality.
  • Engaging in business development by networking with adjusters and property managers.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on financial results.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience managing construction or renovation projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience working directly within the insurance industry, specifically in emergency services and fire/flood restoration after disasters.
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and mentor crews.
  • Exceptional software skills, including MS Office suite, Xactimate, and XactAnalysis.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
