Knowledge of enforcement theories, court procedures, and basic computer systems, including MS Office, CIJMS and Adobe Acrobat, is expected. The ideal candidate will be reliable, client-focused, resourceful, and thorough in organizing work, both independently and in a team.

To qualify for this position, the successful candidate will have knowledge of:
Our ideal candidate will be reliable, client-focused, resourceful, and thorough in organizing work, working both independently and in a team atmosphere; as well as be discreet when handling confidential information.
Typically, the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position would be obtained and developed through the completion of a recognized degree in Criminology, Human Justice, Social Work, or related fields of study, or an equivalent combination of transferable skills, training, and experience. Previous experiences in collections, investigation, or enforcement would be considered an asset.
