Job Description: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Ensure adherence to restaurant standards, policies, and procedures.
Manage kitchen operations and coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and addressing any staff conflicts or concerns.
Create employee schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
Job Requirements:
1-2 proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or relevant role.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems effectively.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Proficient in restaurant management software (POS systems, scheduling tools, etc.).
Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Fluent in English.
