Job summary

Potato Corner Canada is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding customer service during assigned shifts.

You will supervise the restaurant team, manage opening/closing procedures, monitor health standards, and support staff training in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in food & beverage, strong leadership and communication skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in food & beverage or restaurant industry; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the restaurant team during assigned shifts.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Support staff training, coaching, and performance management.
• Handle cash management, inventory, and basic reporting tasks.
• Coordinate with management to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
