7shifts is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for customers via chat, email and phone, troubleshoot issues, and help users get the most value from our restaurant scheduling platform.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a technical customer support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with web and mobile apps and troubleshooting.
• Detail-oriented with curiosity and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact with customers via chat, email and phone.
• Educate customers on product usage and create training materials.
• Identify new ways customers can benefit from the product and propose solutions.
• Track requests, report bugs, and collaborate with the Support team.
