Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire restaurant operation, FOH and BOH.
• Deliver exceptional guest services and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and train staff, plan staff schedules.
• Manage food and beverage costs, inventory, and vendors.
• Ensure safety and sanitation compliance.
• Open and close the restaurant and supervise daily duties.
