A&W Restaurants Vernon seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee all restaurant operations at our Fruit Union location, starting immediately. You will ensure consistency of customer experience, uphold A&W standards, and drive profitability.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. English language required; secondary education; FOODSAFE Level 1 preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with supervisory experience.
• Expertise in all restaurant positions and operating systems.
• Thorough knowledge of standard Restaurant Operating Systems and Standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations ensuring food quality, service speed, guest experience and cost control.
• Manage weekly P&L and labor costs; monitor inventory and expenses.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and employment standards.
• Recruit, hire and train hourly staff; coach and develop team members.
