Job summary

The Restaurant Manager at A&W is responsible for delivering performance that exceeds guests’ expectations while upholding operating standards, driving financial results, and fostering a climate-rich employment experience.

You will lead a large, diverse team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, develop staff, read financial statements, and implement changes to improve business success. Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a car.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a large, diverse team in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to read and understand financial statements.
• Proven problem solving and change implementation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and regular access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Generate performance that exceeds guests’ expectations while maintaining operating standards.
• Manage and develop the restaurant team, including Assistant Managers and hourly staff.
• Drive financial results and uphold a climate-friendly employment experience.
• Collaborate with suppliers, health & safety, fire and labour representatives as needed.
