As a Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee daily FOH/BOH operations, uphold standards, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead your team. All new managers will undergo an extensive Manager in Training (MIT) program to set you up for success within the Outback family.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to restaurant operations success (FOH & BOH)
  • Lead and mentor team members
  • Manage costs and inventory to optimize profits
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and service standards
  • Drive business growth through sales and marketing
  • Recruit and develop talent
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Keep the restaurant organized and in excellent condition

Requirements:

  • 2+ years management experience in a restaurant supporting 50+ staff, preferably full-service
  • Proven leadership success
  • Flexibility to work at various locations in the region
  • Minimum age of 21
  • California-based positions require Responsible Beverage Service Certification (can be obtained during training or within 60 days)
