Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team and deliver guest experiences in a fast-paced Tim Hortons location. You’ll recruit, train and coach staff, uphold Tim Hortons’ high standards, and work with the Owner to run a successful operation.

You will analyze budgets, plan daily operations, monitor staff performance and drive sales while controlling costs. A passion for hospitality and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality operation.
