A&W Restaurants in Edmonton, AB, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to start immediately at our Bonnie Doon Mall location (167 8330-82 Ave, Edmonton, AB).

Salary $46,000 per annum with total compensation up to $59,100; 40 hours per week, English language, and Education: Secondary School Certificate or equivalent. 3-5 years in restaurant management preferred. Benefits include medical/dental, life insurance, RRSP, vehicle and phone allowances, and bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations including the quality and consistency of the customer experience, adherence to A&W standards, Provincial WCB, Employment and Health Regulations, the development of a motivated and productive team, and ultimately, the growth and profitability of the business.
