Job summary

Tim Hortons in Canada is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will promote a respectful environment and coach staff through open communication while supporting the Restaurant Owner in running a successful operation.

You are an expert at recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to meet Tim Hortons' high standards. You will plan methods to increase sales and manage costs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of quick service supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching team members.
• Ability to manage guest experience and high operational standards.

Your 3 -5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching team members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
