Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is seeking a Restaurant Leader in Whitby to inspire a team, uphold safety and quality, and drive the daily operations of a high-velocity Quick Service Restaurant. You will lead by example, foster a positive culture, and ensure guests receive excellent service.

This role partners with Managers and Crew Members to build sales and profits, maintain a clean, secure workplace, participate in local events, and deliver the world’s best fast-food experience while supporting education

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in food service, retail, or similar environments.

Your vibe and experience

While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.

When confronted with a situation, you can assess and problem-solve with confidence.
