Job summary

McDonald's Canada is seeking a Restaurant Leader to guide and develop a high-performing team across our Canadian locations. You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and lead managers and crew members to deliver a best-in-class quick service experience.

You will foster a positive culture, lead by example, and participate in local community events. The role emphasizes accountability, growth, and delivering value to guests and the business.

Your vibe and experience

While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.
