The Rec Room is a new entertainment concept featuring attractions such as simulation games, redemption gaming, recreational games, live entertainment in an auditorium, upscale casual dining, a large bar area, and digital displays. It aims to create a vibrant, interactive entertainment environment.

Job Description
Job Duties:
  • Receive and record guests' reservations and assign tables
  • Greet guests and escort them to seating areas
  • Familiarize with menu items
  • Enroll guests into membership programs
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and address complaints
  • Notify management of supplies and equipment needs
  • Inspect dining areas and equipment
  • Support food and beverage service staff
  • Process payments for food, beverages, and games
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Change and manage linen supplies
  • Maintain excellent customer relations
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Report suspicious packages
  • Participate in safety drills and familiarize with exits
  • Train subordinate staff
  • Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance
  • Attend meetings and training
  • Foster a welcoming environment for guests
Qualifications
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED, 18+ years old
  • Related field certification preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • At least 1 year of restaurant service experience
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Flexible and effective interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email
  • Positive team attitude
Work Conditions:
  • Manual dexterity for computer use
  • Overtime as needed
  • Lifting up to 20 lbs
