• $20.45/hour
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday shifts
• Free Employee Parking

About SSP Canada: We operate several restaurants throughout Montreal International Airport. We seek a friendly and energetic Host/Hostess to join our team! As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience by providing a warm welcome to guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love meeting new people, and enjoy creating memorable moments, we’d love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and escort them to their tables.
• Manage seating arrangements and coordinate table assignments.
• Assist guests with children and special needs.
• Present menus, answer questions, and suggest food and service options.
• Inform servers and management of any special needs or issues.
• Clear and reset tables at the end of each course.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and thank guests upon departure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or food service.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in French and English, verbal and written.
• Experience handling customer service problems.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills for operating cash registers and handling transactions.
• Ability to remember menu items and promote them effectively.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
