Job Title: General Manager
Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: They offer a competitive salary package, ensuring your skills and contributions are duly recognized. Ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 as a base salary package. Total Compensation in the $85,000 to $90,000 range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion brand vision and values, fostering a culture of positivity and high standards.
- Create a welcoming environment for guests and employees, upholding courtesy and respect standards.
- Manage staff performance, ensuring adherence to established service standards.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including security procedures and alcohol regulations.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and uphold aesthetic standards.
- Oversee staff schedules to meet budgeted labor costs.
- Manage internal controls related to invoices, cash handling, and procedures.
- Handle guest interactions, addressing inquiries, recovery, and complaints promptly.
- Review financial documents, monitor restaurant sales and revenue.
- Implement and execute marketing and promotional activities.
- Adapt to seasonal changes and create relevant initiatives.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, following Purchasing Manager's directives.
- Lead recruitment, interviews, hiring, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, motivation, and training of team members.
- Regularly assess staffing requirements and oversee daily trackers.
- Complete weekly payroll reports and review reservations and events.
- Host and lead weekly manager meetings.

- 2+ years of management in elevated dining.
