Position Summary:
Simona is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Floor Manager to join our leadership team. The Floor Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily service, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring our guests receive an outstanding dining experience every time. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Lead pre-shift meetings, monitor floor flow, and provide ongoing guidance and feedback.
Address guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
Assist with scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance management.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Assist General Manager as and when needed.
Uphold Simona’s standards for hospitality, presentation, and service.

Qualifications:
1–3 years of management experience in an upscale or casual dining restaurant.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
A passion for hospitality and delivering top-tier guest experiences.
Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Smart Serve certification.
