Job summary

Jollibee North Gate is seeking a Crew Member to support food preparation in the kitchen and serve customers at the front counter, handling orders and maintaining quality. You will follow SOPs and work to ensure quick, friendly service.

Responsibilities include food safety, cleanliness, stock checks, and assisting with drive-thru and in-store duties as needed. Previous fast-food experience preferred but not required; friendly, team-oriented individuals encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of high school education.
• 1 year of crew member experience in a similar industry.
• Food Safety training from an ANSI approved provider and Food Handler Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform food production duties or serve customers at the cash register following SOPs.
• Ensure operations excellence by adhering to the store's systems and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and guest area.
• Assist in delivery and monitoring of quality products by checking shelf-life and temperatures.
• Operate equipment following SOPs and assist with preventive maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety, FIFO stock rotation, cleanliness and sanitation practices.
• Report workplace problems to the supervisor and follow management actions.
• Assist in proper receiving, handling, storage and preparation of food and packaging materials.
• Abide by all rules in the Employee Handbook.
