Job Overview

Prepare beverages and serve food promptly and courteously, maintaining high quality and consistency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests, promote house drinks, and utilize up-selling skills to maximize revenue.
• Prepare beverages according to standards, coordinate food service if applicable, monitor guest behavior, and check IDs.
• Report safety issues, perform service recovery, set up and clean the bar, manage inventory, and handle cash and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness, promote teamwork, and perform other duties as assigned, following company standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills; knowledge of beverages and garnishments.
• Formal bartending training preferred; must meet legal age requirements.
• Fluent English; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
