Job summary

Tim Hortons in Sundre, AB is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead a busy team, ensure quick, friendly service, and maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards.

You’ll train and coach staff, assist the General Manager with operations, manage shifts, and help inventory and ordering to keep the restaurant stocked. This role rewards leadership, customer service excellence, and a path to career growth within Tim Hortons.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service and people management skills; training or a certificate is an asset.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team.
• Working knowledge of hospitality industry practices and techniques.
• Experience supervising staff, including scheduling and assigning work.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and handle objections.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
• Experience ordering and monitoring supplies to maintain inventory.
• Current ServSafe Food Safety training.
