Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations to meet Tim Hortons standards for guest experience, quality and cleanliness.
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and controlling Food/Paper/Labour costs in the restaurant.
- Train, mentor and coach restaurant teams to improve efficiency and guest service.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and ensure issues are addressed within 24 hours.
