Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Develop budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, and supplies
• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to budget
• Monitor revenues and staff performance
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations
• Recruit and set staff work schedules
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Participate in marketing plans and handle customer complaints
• Manage events and oversee inventory
