You will implement treatment plans, assist with daily activities, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes person-centered supports, safety, and collaboration with families and professionals.

Qualificações

• Grade XII diploma or GED required.
• CPR and Emergency First Aid certification required.
• Experience with people with disabilities preferred.
• Probationary training including behavior management may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and support to individuals as needed.
• Support community integration and relationship building.
• Implement daily activity schedules and collect data.
• Coordinate with external agencies and school/day programs.
