Job summary

Health Match BC is seeking a dedicated Respirologist to join a collegial team serving hospital and community-based needs in Penticton, BC. The role offers a full-spectrum respirology practice with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, including bronchoscopy support and a Level 4 pulmonary function laboratory.

Opportunities to teach Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents with UBC's Southern Medical Program are available, plus a 1:8 to 1:10 Internal Medicine/ICU call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
• Support bronchoscopy, pleural procedures, and a Level 4 pulmonary function lab.
• Collaborate across departments and mentor residents in teaching opportunities.
• Participate in Internal Medicine/ICU call with a 1:8 to 1:10 rotation.
• Locum opportunities available to experience the community prior to longer-term commitment.
• Leadership development via NAVIG8 program.
