Job summary

The position offers a Regular Full Time role with 1.0 FTE, days shifts, and a starting salary in the 41.95–53.91 CAD/hour range plus a Northern Allowance and travel reimbursements for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• CRTA registration or eligibility required.
• Northern Allowance up to $6,300 annually for qualifying sites.
• Travel reimbursement: up to $1,235 annually for eligible travel above the 57th parallel.

Responsibilities

• Guide clinical decisions and provide respiratory therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with families, interdisciplinary team, and community partners.
• Promote client-centered solutions to improve functional independence and care quality.
