Job summary

Alberta Health Services in High Level is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist I to provide clinical services at the Northwest Health Centre. You will guide clinical decisions, support clients and families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care in a northern community.

The role offers a salary range of $47.40 to $62.97 per hour, relocation assistance where available, and eligibility for retention and recruitment incentives.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active registration or eligible ACSLPA registration/permit.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical professional practice independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Deliver prevention, health promotion, identification, assessment, intervention, and case management.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver rehabilitation services with patients, families and partners.
  • Supervise students and provide clinical guidance to staff as appropriate.
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement, service integration and program development.
