Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Sudbury, Ontario to lead multidiscipline mining and heavy industrial projects. You will drive schedules, budgets, and resource planning, while coordinating across engineering disciplines to ensure seamless execution.

You will engage clients, manage changes, and uphold HSE and quality standards, contributing to continuous improvement and future business opportunities. This role requires 8+ years of consulting experience and 3+ years in project management.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma with EIT/CET/P.Eng considered an asset.
• 8+ years of consulting experience supporting mining/heavy industrial projects.
• 3+ years of hands-on project management in multidiscipline environments.
• Experience navigating client interactions within diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; valid driver's license.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, with EIT, CET, or P.Eng. considered an asset.
• 8+ years of consulting experience supporting mining and/or heavy industrial projects.
• 3+ years of hands-on project management for multidiscipline project environments.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and motivated to advance your career.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Compensation

• AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 - $138,000
• MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800
• NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $94,100 - $124,900
