Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Resource and Mine Planning Manager to lead geological assessments, reserves estimation, and mining plans across Central Canada. You will collaborate with senior planners, operations, and land teams to ensure compliance and optimize resource utilization.

The role emphasizes safety, data-driven decision making, and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams, with travel and site coordination as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geo-science, Geology or related discipline required.
• Masters degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology or related discipline preferred.
• Professional engineering or geology certification (P.Eng., P.Geo) required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geological investigations and assist with reserve estimations to support operations and reporting.
• Generate reserves and resources reports/filings in compliance with SEC SK-1300 annually.
• Develop short, mid, and long term mine plans to optimize resource extraction.
