Resource Management Technology Manager, Audit Operations

Overview

The Workforce Optimization (Resource Management) team is part of KPMG’s National Audit Operations, focusing on centralization, standardization, and automation to support audit engagement teams. This role involves supporting business applications related to resource management, accreditation, Audit Quality Controls, capacity management, and key metrics.

This highly visible position requires technical acumen and leadership skills to drive tool execution, with responsibilities including report building, user acceptance testing, stakeholder liaison, process improvement, system implementation, and support.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop reports integrating tools like eQualify, GLMS, Retain, CEAC.
  2. Coordinate and develop User Acceptance Testing for audit workforce tools.
  3. Serve as the primary liaison between end-users, IT, and project teams.
  4. Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes and data flows.
  5. Participate in system implementations, ensuring requirements are met.
  6. Maintain audit workforce tools, manage issues, and follow up on outcomes.
  7. Support and administer applications, manage access, and generate reports.
  8. Provide feedback for enhancements and solve technical problems.
  9. Collaborate with RPA team for process improvements.
  10. Build strong relationships across teams and communicate proactively.
  11. Utilize data management skills, especially PowerBI, for report development and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
  • Experience in UAT/QA testing.
  • Ability to lead requirement walkthroughs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary range in BC is $73,000 to $109,500, with potential bonuses, based on skills and qualifications.
