Resource Management Technology Manager, Audit Operations

The Workforce Optimization (Resource Management) team is an essential part of KPMG’s National Audit Operations, focusing on centralization, standardization, and automation to support audit engagement teams. This role involves supporting business applications related to resource management, accreditation, Audit Quality Controls, and capacity management, providing expert-level support to ensure optimal utilization of Workforce Management tools.

What You Will Do

• Build reports integrating tools like eQualify, GLMS, Retain, CEAC for Workforce Optimization.
• Coordinate and develop User Acceptance Testing for enhancements or new tools.
• Act as the primary liaison among end-users, IT support, and project teams.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes and data flows.
• Participate in new system implementations, ensuring requirements are met and data is analyzed.
• Maintain Audit Workforce Tools, review statements of work, and follow up on issues.
• Identify pain points, improve processes, and support documentation efforts.
• Provide first-level support for Workforce Tools, escalating issues when necessary.
• Administer applications, manage access, permissions, and reporting.
• Offer feedback and prioritize enhancement requests to IT.
• Solve complex technical problems and collaborate with RPA teams.
• Establish strong relationships and communicate proactively across teams.
• Assist with report development and execution using PowerBI.

What You Bring To The Role

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is $73,000 to $109,500, with potential bonuses. Salary is determined based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive rewards program.
