Job summary

Harrison Hot Springs Resort is seeking a dedicated lifeguard for on-site duty. You will supervise pool and aquatic facilities, monitor safety, and respond to emergencies with trained lifesaving techniques. The role requires you to train staff and maintain accurate logs and records.

Applicants should hold Lifesaving Bronze Cross, National Lifeguard Service (NLS), CPR and First Aid certificates, with good English communication and a strong focus on guest safety.

Qualifications

• Lifesaving Bronze Cross is required.
• National Lifeguard Service (NLS) Certificate is required.
• CPR Certificate is required.
• First Aid Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep logs and maintain records
• Train staff
• Ensure safety of rescuers and victims at accident scenes
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Assemble supplies, sports and game equipment
• Monitor recreational, sports or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required
