Qualifications
2+ years experience as a Lifeguard/Instructor and aquatic program leader is required.
Possess certificates in National Lifeguard Service Pool, Swim Instructor, Standard First Aid with CPR C, and Pool Operator Level One.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision to Lifeguards, Instructors, and support staff.
Ensure facility cleanliness and safety per BC Health Act guidelines.
Direct staff in routine maintenance and water quality checks.
Instruct leadership courses and assist in program development.
Organize and deliver special events and leisure activities.
