Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Lifeguard/Instructor and aquatic program leader is required.
• Possess certificates in National Lifeguard Service Pool, Swim Instructor, Standard First Aid with CPR C, and Pool Operator Level One.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to Lifeguards, Instructors, and support staff.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety per BC Health Act guidelines.
• Direct staff in routine maintenance and water quality checks.
• Instruct leadership courses and assist in program development.
• Organize and deliver special events and leisure activities.
