Qualifications

• Previous snow removal, equipment operation, landscaping, or facilities experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe equipment operation.
• Reliable and able to respond to call-outs during assigned on-call periods.
• Ability to prioritize work based on operational and safety requirements.
• Comfortable working early mornings and during severe winter weather.
• Effective communication and teamwork with the Operations group.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal from parking lots, roadways, loading areas, and other resort locations.
• Clear building entrances, walkways, stairs, and emergency exits as assigned.
• Follow priorities to ensure critical access areas are addressed first.
• Operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
• Apply sand, salt, or ice melt as required.
• Monitor changing snow and ice conditions and address hazards.
• Coordinate snow removal around buildings and pedestrians.
• Assist with additional snow removal during significant storms.
