Blue Mountain Resort Company is seeking a Grounds Worker II for year-round full-time duties at the resort. The role focuses on maintaining grounds to the highest standards and leading ground teams in summer and winter seasons.

Responsibilities include operating a range of machinery, inspecting grounds, and assisting in waste management while adhering to resort standards. A valid G license and reliable transport are required.

Qualificações

• Must be physically fit; able to lift and carry heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience operating and completing basic maintenance on machines.
• Willing to gain job-specific knowledge and receptive to leadership feedback.
• Valid G Class Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Postsecondary education not required (typical entry-level threshold).

Responsabilidades

• Maintains grounds to highest standards and leads Summer/Winter Grounds Workers.
• Trains others to high maintenance standards for Blue Mountain Resort properties.
• Operates medium to large equipment (Skid Steer, Tractors, Lawn Mowers, Plow Trucks, sanding equipment).
• Inspects grounds, identifies issues, and reports to Management.
• Supports waste management and litter control around property.
