Job summary

Aquam Resort in Canada is seeking a Resort Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of all indoor spaces across the resort and casino. The ideal candidate is energetic, tidy, organized, a team player, positive, flexible, self-motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities include cleaning public areas, washrooms, stocking carts, interior window washing, floors and carpets, delivering items to guest rooms, assisting with rooms when needed, handling shipments, and helping guests with luggage.

Job description

Conditions of Employment:

Must be able to bend, crouch, lift, kneel, stand, and walk for extended periods. The ability to lift up to 40 lbs is required. The nature of a 24/7 industry calls on Resort Cleaners to cover a range of shifts, including, but not limited to, regular evening and weekend work and holidays. (Thursday/Friday Days - Saturday-Monday 4 pm- midnight). This is a Union position; the expected schedule is 3 evening and 2 day house shifts. Additionally, obtaining a Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB) tag is required. Applicants must be at least 19 years old to work in the casino.
